STRUCTURE · MOVEMENT · MANUAL CARE
Hands-on care, informed by the way your body moves.
Osteopathic manual practice brings careful assessment and hands-on techniques together. At Fitness OMC, we look at your symptoms, movement and daily demands, then select an approach suited to your findings. Care is explained clearly, adjusted to your comfort and reviewed as you progress.

Understand how your body moves as a whole.
A difficult movement may involve more than the area that feels sore. Assessment can include joint range, soft-tissue tenderness, posture and how you perform relevant tasks. This helps us consider the relationship between regions and choose a focused plan, while recognizing when symptoms require a different type of medical assessment.

What your treatment may include.
Joint mobilization
Selected hands-on movements are used to work with restricted joints within your comfort and clinical needs.
Muscle-energy techniques
You gently activate a muscle against the practitioner's guidance as part of a coordinated manual technique.
Soft-tissue approaches
Manual contact and positioning are used to address the tissues identified during assessment.
Movement between visits
Simple exercises and activity advice help connect the session with everyday function.
An educational foundation across Canada and Spain.
Hoyeon Park holds a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from Canada's National Academy of Osteopathy and a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from NUMSS Spain. His rehabilitation-focused doctoral coursework at Kyung Hee University adds a Korean medicine perspective to the clinic's manual-care framework. His role as NAO's Korea representative also connects clinical practice with professional education.

The K OSTEOPATH connection.
Founded by Hoyeon Park, K OSTEOPATH supports Korean applicants and practitioners connected with NAO Canada, NUMSS Spain and NUMSS USA. Its education network covers anatomy, biomechanics, articular techniques, muscle-energy methods and continuing clinical education. Fitness OMC draws on this commitment to structured training and professional exchange while keeping each patient's care individual.

Your first appointment, step by step.
We begin with your history and goals, discuss relevant health conditions and medicines, and assess the movements linked to your symptoms. Your practitioner explains the proposed treatment and alternatives before proceeding. At the end of the visit, you receive a clear next step—whether that is follow-up care, a home exercise plan or a recommendation for further assessment.

Know the qualification and the service.
Manual osteopathy is a hands-on practice. A Canadian DOMP diploma and the NUMSS Spain Doctor of Osteopathy degree are distinct from the US Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine physician qualification. For insurance, check that your plan accepts the treating practitioner and the specific manual osteopathy service before booking.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Your questions,
answered.
A clear next step starts with the information you need.
Is treatment the same for everyone?
No. Assessment, medical history, your goals and your response guide the techniques selected and their intensity.
Can osteopathic care be combined with acupuncture or Chuna?
Where appropriate, your practitioner may discuss a coordinated care plan. Each service, fee and insurance requirement is explained clearly.
What should I bring?
Bring a medication list and relevant reports, and wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Tell your practitioner about recent injury, surgery or significant changes in your health.
Make your next step a comfortable one.
Choose your clinic and ask which appointment is right for you.
